Rates

All rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to a 9% Government hotel tax.

A 50% deposit, with a minimum of one day's rate, is required at the time of reservation. We accept Visa and Master Card, Travels Cheques, Money orders and cash. The balance is due on arrival and can be paid in cash.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or credit card information.
The deposit is refundable, less a U.S. $15.00 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made 14 days before the reservation date. However, if the reservation was made and paid on line, an additional 6% will be applied.

Cancellations made after this deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.  The same applies if you do not show on the date of the reservation.

Rates are subject to change.

Rates for Christmas and New Year.
There is minimum reservation of two nights for Christmas and New years though the rate remains the same.

We would appreciate if you do not smoke in the room. You may smoke in the garden.
